“We Treat God Heals.”
ABC MISSION HOSPITAL EST. 1999
In a country where diseases like Malaria, Cholera, Bilharzia, and Typhoid Fever are commonplace, it is important to have reliable health care. In Lilongwe, booming population growth combined with poverty-level income has contributed to a health care system that is desperately underfunded and outdated. African Bible Colleges has built the first Christian Community Clinic in the capital city. This medical facility provides much needed quality health care for ABC students, missionaries, and faculty, as well as for the residents of the surrounding community.
We offer a low-cost “non-private” clinic to provide quality medical care at an affordable price. We also offer a mobile clinic to nearby villages and occasionally visit a nearby prison to offer medical services.
The ABC Mission Hospital has two highly experienced laboratory technicians along with excellent lab equipment including a Wet Chemistry Analyzer, Full Blood Count Machine, Hemocue (Hematocrit and Hemoglobin), Microscopes and a Dry Chemistry Machine (Reflotron). The Clinic’s Laboratory offers a wide range of testing and screening.
